The Rooted Resonance Framework

A journey from adaptation
to authenticity.

Five stages. Not a ladder to climb, and not a schedule. Most people move back and forth between them, and that is how it is supposed to work.

Adaptation is not a character flaw. It is a skill most of us learned early, and it worked. The trouble is that it keeps working long after the situation that called for it has passed. The five stages below are the shape that unlearning tends to take.

Each stage names something you may already be living, and each one has offerings attached to it, so you are never left with a description of where you are and no way to work with it. You do not need to know which stage you are in before reaching out. Sorting that out together is part of the work.

I

Awaken

Something doesn't feel right, and that's where your journey begins.

The beginning is rarely inspiration. It is friction: a relationship, a job, a body, a life that no longer fits the person living it.

Awakening isn't about getting to the answer. It's about allowing yourself to ask new questions.
II

Understand

Recognize the adaptations that once protected you.

Here the question changes shape. Awareness stops being an indictment and starts being context, and the patterns begin to look less like defects and more like history.

Instead of asking, what's wrong with me, you begin asking, what was I trying to protect?

III

Reconnect

Learn to trust your body and nervous system.

This is the stage that cannot be reasoned through. It asks for less explaining and more experiencing, which is why the work here is breath, sound and nervous system rather than conversation.

To trust that your body carries wisdom, rather than something to overcome.
IV

Become

Discover who you are beneath old patterns.

What is underneath the roles is not something you construct. It was there before the adaptations, and this stage is the slow work of clearing enough space to meet it.

This is not about fixing yourself. It is about remembering who you have always been.

Relate

Create relationships rooted in authenticity and choice.

Everything gets tested in company. Knowing yourself alone is one thing. Staying yourself in a room with other people, without trading it away for belonging, is the whole point.

You no longer have to abandon yourself to feel like you belong.
How the offerings map

Where each offering
meets you.

Somatic and relational therapy are psychotherapy, provided under Annie's counseling licenses to residents of Ohio, Arizona and Colorado. Sound healing, breathwork and workshops are wellness and educational services, available anywhere, and are not psychotherapy, diagnosis or crisis care.
