Workshops
Authentic community. Where self trust gets practiced with other people in the room.
The old pull to adapt
is alive in the room.
A group is the only place you can practice not performing while other people are watching. That is exactly why it works.
Who am I when I am no longer performing for belonging?
- You do your best work and then lose it around other people.
- You want community that does not require performing.
- You are curious what this feels like alongside others.
- One to one work has taken you as far as it can for now.
- You want to practice, not just understand.
Workshops
A practice space, not a performance.
Arriving
Small group. Names, and only as much about yourself as you want to give.
Settling
Breath and sound first, so nobody has to talk their way into the room.
Contact
Structured practice with other people. Always opt in, never put on the spot.
Closing
Time to land before you go back out into the day.
Sound Healing
If a group feels like a lot right now, one to one is a reasonable place to start.
Group workshops and authentic community
Why a group, when individual work exists
You can become very good at knowing yourself alone. The trouble is that adaptation is a social reflex, so it only shows up when other people are in the room. A group is the only setting where you can watch yourself start to perform and choose not to, in real time, with witnesses.
That is uncomfortable, and it is also the fastest route to self trust that holds under pressure.
What a workshop involves
- Practicing directness without rehearsing it first.
- Noticing the pull to manage how you are landing, and letting it pass.
- Somatic and breath practices done together rather than alone.
- Being received without having to earn it.
- Agreements about confidentiality and consent, set before anything else.
Who these are for
Queer, neurodivergent, kinky and non monogamous folks, people in relationships of every configuration and out of them, and anyone tired of being the most self aware person in a room where nothing changes. No prior group experience is needed.
