Sound
Healing
Rest, regulation, and integration without needing to talk.
Talking has taken you
as far as it can.
This is the stage where understanding finally drops out of your head and into your body. You lie down. Nothing is asked of you.
Rest is not the reward for finishing the work. It is part of how the work happens.
- You can name what happened, but you do not feel different.
- Talking about it has started to feel like circling.
- Your body sends signals you have learned to override.
- You want to work on something without having to narrate it.
- You are curious and slightly skeptical, which is fine.
Sound Healing
You do not need to know what you are doing.
Arriving
A short conversation. Where you are today, what your body is holding. No history intake required.
Settling
You lie down, fully clothed, supported. Breath slows before anything else begins.
Sound
Bowls, voice and tone move through the room and through you. Sensation shows up where you had stopped noticing it.
Returning
Slow re-entry, water, and space to say anything that surfaced, or to say nothing and let it settle.
Breathwork
Where sound works on you, breath is something you do. Many people move between the two as the stage deepens.
Sound healing sessions, available nationwide
What happens in a sound session
You lie down. I play singing bowls, chimes and voice, and your nervous system does the rest. There is nothing to perform, nothing to report back, and no requirement that you feel anything in particular. Some people drop into deep rest. Some cry. Some fall asleep, which is not a failure.
Sustained tone gives the nervous system something steady to organize around. For people who have spent years explaining their inner life, an hour where no explanation is requested is often the point.
Who reaches for this
- People who are exhausted by talking and want something that is not another conversation.
- Anyone whose sleep, focus, or baseline calm has gone sideways.
- People in therapy elsewhere who want a regulation practice alongside it.
- Anyone curious, with no particular problem to solve.
What to expect and what to bring
Sessions run about sixty minutes at $60. Wear something you can lie still in. You do not need experience, a meditation practice, or any belief about how sound works. Afterward, most people want water and a slow twenty minutes before returning to the day, so plan accordingly.

Let the body lead.
If you are not sure whether this is the right fit, start with a conversation. No cost, no commitment.
